Shipping
It takes 2–5 business days to create an on-demand product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary.

Return Policy
We hope you are very happy with all of your purchases from Fern + Fin. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@fernandfin.com to work out a replacement or exchange. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products created on-demand. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Submit a claim at orders@fernandfin.com. All purchases & shipping fees are non-refundable. Fern + Fin is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the items are damaged in the mail. All on-demand products, vintage, prints, zines, art, & publications are final sale.

When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We encourage you to sign-up for our email list.
